The success story of Jilter
Founded on February 20, 2002, by two brothers, the goal was clear: to develop a filter that reduces pollutants without negatively affecting the taste, draw behavior, or the usual ritual of rolling. After intensive testing phases among friends and family and an initial prototype series, the project was successfully advanced.

With the help of the Thuner Hanfcenter, a total of 2000 samples were built and tested in the smoke laboratory. In the summer of 2022, the product range was expanded with the ECO-Jilter. Due to the high demand for an environmentally friendly filter, the ECO-Jilter is made entirely of paper, is 100% plastic-free, and fully biodegradable.
